Johnny Ray, LLC offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of its Swivel Mount Models. Each Warranty is determined on a Case by Case Issue. In order to inquire about a Warranty Claim on a Swivel Mount, you need to first call us at 256-442-5053 (USA) and/or send an e-mail to customerservice@johnnyraysports.com where we will review your claim.
Certain conditions below will not be warranted in any case:
- We will not warranty any Mount in which the Swivel Base Unit has been disassembled in any fashion
- We will not warranty any Swivel Mount that has been drilled out through the center tooling hole for the purpose of running wires through the base
- We will not warranty any Mount which has failed during operation if the product is used in an application we do not recommend, or used in applications outside the normal scope and duty for which the product was intended.
- We will not warranty the product if it is modified in any way as such to have caused any breakage or failure during its operation outside of the product’s intended use.
- We will not warranty any loss or damage as a result of poor installation methods, or improper mounting which may cause breakage to the base or top unit.
- Any damages or loss incurred as a result of any product failure due to the conditions listed above, are not the responsibility of Johnny Ray, LLC or its affiliates in any way.
When your claim is processed and received, we will inspect and determine the cause of the problem, replace any needed components, and ship the product back to you free of charge by our normal mail process. We reserve the right to replace any or all components, or the entire unit at our discretion. All shipping costs to us for warranty repair are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note: We will not refund any money if the product is lost in shipping to us, so please choose your shipping with tracking and insurance as a precautionary method.
