Shipping Information

At this time, we do not send out company generated order receipts. The Order Number you receive from PayPal at the time of ordering is your order reference number. Please retain that information for your records.

• All Shipments will be sent via U.S. Postal Mail with Tracking Numbers sent via the e-mail you provide on the order.
                o This notice will be sent through the US Postal Service Website
                o Make sure to check your Spam or Junk Folders for this notice

• NOTE: If you require alternate shipping methods, 2nd Day/Next Day Service, YOU MUST E-MAIL US BEFORE ORDERING AT customerservice@johnnyraysports.com .

                o Additional Shipping Charges will be applied to your order based upon your Zip Code and Package Size.
                o We will send you a credit card invoice to your provided e-mail address for payment of the order before the                              order can be shipped. No exceptions
                o Any order placed through the site disregarding these special terms, will be shipped U.S. Postal Mail Ground at                      Postal Ground Rates and Shipping Times as ordered.
• All Orders received before 2pm Central U.S. Time during Normal Business Hours will generally be shipped Same Day.
• All orders will be shipped to the address information you provide on the order itself. Any special delivery notes or alternate addresses not noted on the original order must be sent to customerservice@johnnyraysports.com before the item is shipped.
• LLC Reserves the right to refuse and/or refund any order which does not meet the standard requirements for shipment.
• LLC reserves the Right to use alternate shipping methods where applicable to ensure product delivery.
