Return Information

Johnny Ray, LLC will review any and all returns on a case by case process. To initiate a return, please call 256-442-5053 (USA) and/or send an e-mail to customerservice@johnnyraysports.com Johnny Ray, LLC will not provide any refunds of original shipping costs due to having fulfilled the original shipping obligations. If your product is granted a refund request, please ship the product in a fashion so the product will not get damaged during the return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and no shipping costs will be refunded as a result of the return.

We will only refund the cost of the original product price when the product is returned in new condition, and if the product is received back. Please use good judgment on your return shipping to us, add tracking and insurance as not to be harmed in case the product is lost or damaged during transit back to Johnny Ray, LLC.

The following conditions will not be refundable:

  1. Any refund on a sale over 30 days will not be allowed. All sales past 30 days are final.
  2. Any product that arrives in a different state or condition (disassembled, altered, modified, scratched, broken, etc) will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs should you want the product again.
  3. If we respond back to you regarding your return condition as it was received and you fail to respond back within 5 business days, any determination we make regarding any refund, (partial of full) will be final.
  4. Any product that has been sold by any affiliate or retailer other than our direct online sales site will not be refunded. Those refunds will have to be made whole by the original seller.
  5. Any product sent back for warranty repair is not refundable in any capacity.
  6. Any and all refunds will be issued back to your original purchasing card and are subject to the length of time set by your card company.
  7. Any product that has been lost in shipping to you originally will be handled on a case by case basis. We may either elect to re-send the product, or refund the product cost at our discretion.
  8. No refunds will be given on product for which tracking shows a proven delivery. Please make sure you provide a correct and accurate address when placing your order, and always include a phone and/or e-mail for which we can contact you in case there is an issue.
